To find the path to long life and health, Dan Buettner and team study the world’s “Blue Zones,” communities whose elders live with vim and vigor to record-setting age.  In the video above, he shares the nine common diet and lifestyle habits that keep them spry past age 100.
The groups studied include the Okinawans in Japan, the Loma Vista residents in California, Italians in one particular off-grid area of Sardinia, and some others. The common-denominators with all these groups were;   They had a faith-based community; their diets were predominantly plant-based; they had naturally active lifestyles.
